Our skilled intermittent services includes RN's and LVN's, Home Health Aides, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy and Medical Social Workers. A comprehensive assessment of the patient is done within
the context of their home and the case manager coordinates their care.
We also provide Advanced Wound Care, Infusion Therapy, PICC/Central Line Care, Diabetic Management,
Post Operative Care and Continuous Care Nursing.
